Board of Directors Abby Daly - After years of representing the interests of children through the practice of law, Abby left the field to focus on her family. Still wanting to make a difference and improve children's lives, Abby founded the New Jersey Chapter, where she now serves as its director. Eileen Hickey retired from the business world to be at home with her now two-year old daughter. Having spent five years in brand management most recently with Colgate-Palmolive, she was a perfect fit to take on the duties as treasurer of the New Jersey Chapter of the Bridge of Books. She is now entering her third year as a member of the Junior League, where she has done fundraising and public relations for the organization. Eileen is also involved with the local Newcomer's Club. Ellen McNamara’s entire career has been spent working with children in one fashion or another. She spent the last fourteen years working as an investigator for the Office of the Law Guardian, which represents the interests of children in abuse and neglect actions in court. Prior to that, she spent several years with the Welfare Board in Newark, where she was always assigned to work with children. After retiring in June of 2002, she continued her involvement with children by becoming a Big Sister and facilitating the arrival of Bridge of Books in New Jersey. Walter Molineux, Jr., spent 40 years working with New Jersey Bell. Retiring as an assistant vice president, he was very active in community affairs on behalf of the company.
